More on Clairemont Ralphs Closing

According to a spokesperson for Ralphs who answered questions about the imminent closing of the Ralphs Clairemont store, "the employees at this store will not be laid off but rather transferred to other Ralphs locations."  Other nearby Ralphs stores include: 8657 Villa La Jolla Drive, in La Jolla, 4315 Mission Blvd,  in Pacific Beach,
5680 Mission Center Road, in Mission Valley, and 3515 Sports Arena, in Point Loma.

The spokesperson also stated, "We do not have any plans for new stores at this time. We are leaving this location because our lease is expiring."
