Clairemont Dog Owner Needs Your Help!

By Wayne S.

Lulu is my 8 year old black/white Boston Terrier. She escaped last Friday on May 25th, sometime between the hours of 2pm and 9pm. Operation "Explore the World and Find More Bones" started with her managing to unlock the knob on the new doggy door I put in the house. Then once outside, squeezing under a known vulnerable spot in our fence while I was at work. We live near the intersection of Clairemont Drive and Dakota Street in the Clairemont/Bay Park neighborhood of San Diego, CA 92117.

She is a 20-25lb Boston Terrier, she is 8 years old but looks and acts much younger. She had her neon orange and blue collar with a blue dog bone tag that had her name LULU on it, along with my phone number and address. She is also microchipped. She is incredibly friendly and affectionate and highly unlikely to run from anyone, she also may have managed to travel rather far on her own. She is comfortable walking unleashed with me around the city.

One unique marker is a small wart on the underside of her neck.

If you have any information or have seen her or have her, please call me ASAP. $1,000 reward. Thank you.

  1. Be sure to check Animal Control, on Gaines off of Morena. Every day! And post an ad on Craig's list. You've probably already thought of these things, but just in case you haven't. I'd be so distraught, I wouldn't think straight.

    Good luck!!
