A Goodwill Store for Clairemont?

It was just a couple of days ago that Clairemont got confirmation that North Park Produce will open in part of the now defunct "Everything's a Deal" store at Balboa and Clairemont Dr.

Now a source tells Clairemont Central that a Goodwill donation center will open soon in the parking lot at that location, virtually confirming a Goodwill store will open at some point in the other half of the empty store.
