Clairemont Act One presents their 2nd annual Halloween show, "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" this Friday, October 19th and Saturday, October 20th at the Northminster Presbyterian Church (Community Hall) at 4324 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. Performance time both nights is 7:00 PM. Ticket prices are $8 for adults and $5 for children under age 12. Light refreshments will be available. All are welcome for a fun evening of community theater.
"Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" will feature tales that have something for everyone. From standard stories of horror to urban legends, these pieces are sure to delight audiences of all ages. Skilled Clairemont Act One actors will present the tales with simple staging. The stories are so amazing your imagination can create all the visuals you need!
In addition to the production, Clairemont Act One is sponsoring a food and clothing drive on behalf of the church. Items can be dropped at the church from 6:00 – 9:00 PM Thursday October 18th through Saturday October 20. Non-perishable food items and clean clothing in good repair are requested.
Clairemont Act One is the only community theater group serving Clairemont and surrounding neighborhoods. It was founded in 2011 by a dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to creating theater that is accessible and affordable for everyone.
