Sober Ride Home Options for Safe New Year's Day Celebrations

From the San Diego County Sheriff:
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says 774 people were killed in California last year as a result of alcohol-related crashes. Don't become a statistic.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is committed to keeping our roads safe. Our holiday enforcement with our AVOID the 15 partners is currently underway. That means extra patrols and DUI checkpoints all over the county. Celebrate the festivities with your family, not the in the jail or hospital. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a crime. You will be arrested. Remember, 'Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over.' We will be watching.
