New Clairemont Gallery presents “Jewelry as Art” Saturday, November 30, 2013

Recently opened Ladybug Art Studio in Clairemont Town Square presents five local jewelry artists demonstrating their assorted techniques.

Beth McClellan will show how to work with polymer clay; sculptor Jane Darin will display her beautiful “re-purposed” creations; museum artist, Kendra Eskau, will present her unique recycled paper maché jewelry; AFA founder Tilli Singer will show her delightful take on art in jewels; and Bonnie Hudson, who also repairs fine jewelry, will bring her distinctive jewelry art.

Each artisan will be available to answer questions for the public on their individual approach to the creation of their particular jewelry.

“Jewelry as Art” is FREE and open to the public from noon to 3:00 Saturday, November 30.  Ladybug Art Studio is located in Clairemont Town Square at the corner of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and Clairemont Drive.  The new studio is between Massage Envy and T.J Maxx. ladybugart@ladybugart.net or call 619.563.0082 for information.
