Community Theater in Clairemont: Show This Weekend!

Act One Rehearsal
Clairemont Act One, our all-volunteer community theatre group will be presenting an evening of hilariously funny one act plays this weekend. The group will be performing at the Northminster Community Hall, 4324 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.  on Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm, with a matinee performance Saturday at 2pm.

The show, entitled The Whole Shebang will consist of four plays including:

  • Post-Its: Follow a love life as recorded in leftover post-it notes
  • Nobody Famous: Look into the future of a play about fortune-telling gone wrong
  • Chocolate: Witness the thrills and chills of inept detective work
  • The Whole Shebang: Ponder the questions of life, the universe and everything in a play that asks"What if the world were just one student's science project?"
Clairemont Act One is also partnering with the Clairemont High Chieftain Cheer Team's popular Food Truck fundraising program to make food available before the show. A portion of the proceeds from the food truck will benefit the team.

Tickets are just $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets for seniors for the matinee show are discounted, just $5. Tickets for all shows can be purchased in advance online HERE or at the door. Showtime is 7:30 pm on Friday March 14th and again on Saturday March 15th, 2014. Matinee Saturday at 2pm. The food truck will be there from 6-7:15pm.
Note: the show is rated PG-13 for mild adult humor
