St. Mark’s Welcomes You to Annual Living Nativity

Neider-DiProfio children:
Baby Gabriella, Justin, and Diana
A living nativity is just what its name implies: In full and living color, the portrayal of a beloved Christmas story. Join us at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 3502 Clairemont Drive on Saturday evening, December 13 from 5:30 to 7:30.

You are invited to make your own ‘pilgrimage’ to Bethlehem and witness the Holy Family, Archangel Gabriel and the ‘lesser’ angels, shepherds, kings, camel, and living creatures enter the stable.

Though magi came from the East some later time following the birth of the Christ Child, the entourage of wisemen and camel is included, and makes way through the seated crowd with great fanfare. Always a favorite entrance!

So, gather your family and friends, bundle up, and prepare to welcome Christmas once again. Plan to stay and enjoy music and singing, bell ringing, a cookie reception, and a petting corral of live animals.

A very merry, and living, Christmas to our Clairemont community, from St. Mark’s!
