Looking for fun things to do this holiday season? If you are looking for free or low-cost options close to home, you can't beat Clairemont's three branch libraries!
Each one has a full calendar of events for all ages, and most are free. For example, today at the North Clairemont branch, they are making pine cone elves and having a visit from the low-cost spay/neuter program, the Neuter Scooter (requires appointment in advance).
The Clairemont branch is entertaining children ages 3-5 and their caregivers with “Pajama” storytime with Miss Fran while at the Balboa branch it's "Wee Reads" baby & toddler stories, music, and rhymes with the librarian Ms. Ann.
And that's just one day! Programs for adults include Scrabble nights, concerts, book clubs, workshops and much more.
