Summer Animal Adventure Camp for Animal-Loving Kids

San Diego Humane Society’s Animal Adventure Camp, which welcomes more than 500 children each summer, has extended its reach, now offering a week-long interactive and educational summer camp in San Diego, Oceanside and Escondido. Summer sessions will be held from June 22 through August 7.

Animal Adventure Camp offers children a fun and interactive opportunity to learn compassion and respect for all living beings. Campers will play games, make crafts and be exposed to hands-on animal activities with dogs, kittens, guinea pigs, bunnies and more.

“Our Animal Adventure Camp is one of our most popular education programs for children.  While having fun, they also learn essential lessons in the responsibility that comes with caring for an animal,” said Amelia Curtis, Education Manager for San Diego Humane Society. “Teaching children to value animals not only encourages respect for all living things, it also establishes a sense of responsibility to make the world a better, more humane place.”

San Diego Campus: 5500 Gaines Street, San Diego, CA 92110 – June 22 through August 7
