This Saturday night they will be presenting "Life's a Beach: An Evening of One Act Plays" by Deanne Stillman at the Point Loma Assembly Hall, 3305 Talbot St., San Diego 92106.
A staged reading is a form of theatre without sets or full costumes. The actors, who read from scripts, may be seated, stand in fixed positions, or incorporate minimal stage movement. They use their voices and body language to create the characters and tell the story.
