Clairemont's K-Co Construction Wins Service Award From Houzz

K-Co Construction, Inc. of San Diego, CA has been awarded “Best Of Houzz” for Customer Satisfaction for the second year in a row by Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design.

The 20 year old, family-run construction company was chosen by the more than 25 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than 500,000 active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.

The Best Of Houzz customer satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2015. Winners will receive a “Best Of Houzz 2016” badge on their profiles, helping Houzz users around the world who discover and love a professional’s work to learn even more about that business’ popularity and satisfaction rating among their peers in the Houzz community.

K-Co Construction, Inc. has been located in Clairemont, San Diego since it was founded in 1995 by Dave 'K' Konstantin, a third-generation carpenter, and his wife Ruby.

Dave's stepson, Chad Gardner, joined the company shortly after it was founded. With a construction background and a degree in business management from San Diego State, Chad has been a real asset to the family business. He was Vice President and General Manager until 2008, when Dave retired. Chad has since been running the company, and officially became the President and Owner of K-Co Construction, Inc. in 2014.
