Curves of Clairemont Celebrates 15th Anniversary in May

Curves of Clairemont  is celebrating 15 years in the Clairemont community on May 14.  As part of the anniversary celebration, they are hosting a month-long celebration with member giveaways, new member promotions, and kicking off fundraising for the American Heart Association's Heart and Stroke Walk in September.

Curves International, Inc. is the largest weight loss and fitness club chain in the world for women and is famous for its fitness program, a 30-minute circuit with a Coach that works every
major muscle group with strength training, cardio and stretching.

"We are honored to be part of a program that can help the women of San Diego  lead healthier lives," said Renee Zau, owner of Curves of Clairemont located at 4340 Genesee Ave Suite 205. "It has been so gratifying to see members boost their self-confidence and energy, drop dress sizes, reduce their dependence on medication, as well as make amazing connections within the community on our circuit."

A special Milestone Recognition event is being held on Saturday, May 14, honoring over 20 members who recently achieved workout milestones, ranging from their 100th to their 3,000th workout. Friends, family, and the public are invited to the club at 11 a.m. to celebrate.

In May 2001, Zau introduced Clairemont to the legendary Curves 30-minute Circuit. Backed by extensive research, Curves Fitness has been shown to reduce fat, increase lean muscle, boost metabolism and help dieters lose weight and maintain weight loss. "We look forward to many more years of empowering the women of Clairemont and surrounding communities to achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives," said Zau.
