Transit Riders: MTS Wants to Hear From You

Are you a transit rider? The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking feedback from San Diego County residents and workers to help determine how its current routing and scheduling for bus and Trolley services are meeting rider needs as part of its Transit Optimization Plan (TOP) .

An online survey available until September 23. To learn more about TOP,  or to take the survey online, visit sdmts.com/TOP.

Don’t miss your chance to tell the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) what your transit priorities are! Fewer transfers while riding? Shorter overall commute time? More weekend service? Fill out the Transit Optimization Plan (TOP) survey before it closes September 23rd!

The goal of this project is to evaluate MTS’s performance, and restructure current transit services as necessary to more efficiently and effectively serve the region's travel needs within the present financial and operating environment.

MTS will evaluate input from the online survey, outreach events, market research and system performance data to assess potential service need adjustments. MTS anticipates any necessary routing or scheduling changes will begin in mid-2017.
